Courtney Phillips

Courtney Phillips has a diverse background in event coordination and bartending, currently serving as an Event Coordinator at Pier 6 Boston Waterfront since April 2024. Previous experience includes roles at COJE Management Group as both a Bartender and Event Manager since November 2019, along with bartending positions at various venues including Pier 6 Boston Waterfront, Tall Ship Boston, ALIBI LOUNGE, and The Goat Bar & Grill from 2016 to 2022. Courtney's skills encompass leadership, customer service, and multitasking in high-volume environments. Additionally, Courtney has a background in performing arts as a Cheerleader for the New England Patriots from April 2017 to March 2018 and has experience as an Ice Skating Instructor at Bay State Skating School. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire, earned in 2019.
