Ashley Hartsell

Ashley Hartsell is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development, currently serving as Sr. Director, Learning & Leadership Development at Coca-Cola Consolidated since August 2019. Prior roles at Coca-Cola include Director of Learning & Development and Talent Development Sr. Manager. Ashley previously held the position of Regional Director - Efficient Learning at John Wiley and Sons from August 2017 to August 2019 and spent over eight years at Becker Professional Education in various capacities, including Regional Manager and Senior Account Manager. Early career experience includes serving as Advertising Manager at Summerville Communications from October 2003 to August 2008.
