Harsa Beagley

Harsa Beagley has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Harsa began their career as a Recruitment Adviser at British Airways in 1998. In 1998, they also joined HJ Heinz as an HR Officer and worked there until 2000. In that year, they joined Colart as an HR Officer and later progressed to roles such as Senior HR Officer, HR Manager, UK HR Manager, and UK & US HR Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the UK HR Director at Colart, followed by their current role as HR Director - UK & NE, where they partner with the Senior Leadership Team and oversees HR activities across multiple sites and functions. Harsa has experience in various domains of HR, including people strategy, diversity and inclusion, change management, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, policy and procedure development, budgetary management, and leadership.

Harsa Beagley obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice in Business and Management from the University of Hertfordshire, with an end year of 2015. In 1995, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, which they had attended from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, Harsa Beagley studied Law at Kingston University, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Harsa Beagley has also obtained several certifications. Harsa became a Reiki Master Level practitioner from the Shantaben Reiki Centre in May 2023. In April 2019, they obtained their Reiki Level 2 certification from Awakening Light. Harsa Beagley is also a certified NLP Practitioner, completing their certification from the NLP School Ltd in February 2019. Prior to that, in August 2018, they obtained their Reiki Level 1 certification from East London Reiki. Lastly, in 1995, they obtained the MCIPD certification from CIPD.
