Sebastien Wickert

Sebastien Wickert serves as the Director of AI Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Innovation at Colas USA since June 2018, focusing on technological advancements in materials and road construction. Previously, Sebastien was the LA Chapter Leader for The Society for Construction Solutions from March 2019 to June 2022, contributing to a global network aimed at enhancing the construction process through technology. Before that, Sebastien led Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Winnovation from January 2013 to June 2018, working within the innovation outpost of Bouygues. An earlier role as Business Development Manager at Bouygues Telecom from January 2006 to December 2012 included overseeing multiple digital transformation projects and driving client engagement through innovative technology. Sebastien's career began as a Sales Engineer, specializing in broadband and mobile solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from UTBM and a Bachelor's degree in network and telecommunication from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar.
