Elena Provian

Elena Provian has extensive experience in human resources and communication/public relations. Elena is currently the Head of HR at COLAS since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Schlumberger from 2006 to 2022, holding various roles such as Head of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Manager, Technology Centre Human Resources Manager, Country Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Elena also has experience at Wienerberger AG as a Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator from 2004 to 2006, and at Roichman as a Communication and Public Relations Coordinator from 1999 to 2004. Throughout their career, Elena has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and expertise in talent management, labor law, union negotiation, employee support, training, and development. Elena has successfully managed reorganization projects, strategic workforce planning, and recruitment programs.

Elena Provian earned a Master's degree in Management Practice with a focus on Project Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations at SNSPA from 1998 to 2004.
