Kelly Cotton

Kelly Cotton has a strong background in human resources, with several years of experience in various leadership roles. Kelly is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at COLAS, a road construction and maintenance company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at The Miller Group and Armtec. Kelly also worked as the National HR Director at Armtec Limited Partnership and HR Director at Lafarge Canada Inc., where they focused on talent development and succession planning. Additionally, they have experience as a Diversity Forum Member at the Toronto Board of Trade and as an HR Consultant at ATB Financial. Overall, Kelly has a diverse range of experience in HR strategy, leadership coaching, talent development, and program implementation.

Kelly Cotton attended Royal Roads University from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the University of Ottawa from 1992 to 1995.
