Philippe HAUZA has extensive experience in technical and managerial roles within the civil engineering and construction sectors, primarily at COLAS S.A since April 2001. Currently serving as Directeur Technique in the Direction Technique Recherche et Développement, Philippe specializes in the development of low-carbon binders and concretes utilizing Metakaolin Flash, and participates in national projects focused on concrete performance and durability. Previous roles include managing significant projects and quality assurance at various levels, such as Directeur Technique Adjoint overseeing a million-euro disaster recovery and Directeur Technique for SACER Paris Nord Est. Philippe's background includes technical expertise in geotechnics and hydraulic binders, along with leadership of research and development teams. Philippe holds multiple degrees in Applied Geology and Geotechnics from reputable institutions, complemented by executive education in management and project marketing.
