Dejan Vukovic

Dejan Vukovic is the current bar manager at Colbert. Prior to this, they worked as the Red Hat Synergy Leader for IBM in Central and Eastern Europe from July 2019 to April 2021. Dejan was responsible for leading IBM's Red Hat Synergy division and growing the budget for both IBM and Red Hat divisions. Dejan achieved overperforming results on Synergy KPI's, including strong double digit revenue growth and highest Synergy attainment rate in EMEA. From September 2015 to July 2019, they worked as the Security Business Unit Leader for South East Europe and was responsible for expanding the market for premier security solutions from IBM. Dejan continuously overperformed results in Security SW and Services business, with SEE SW Revenue growth 5 times from 2015-2018.

Dejan Vukovic attended the Harvard Business School for their Breakthrough Value Leadership program. Dejan also attended Boston University Questrom School of Business for their Business and Industry Insight. Dejan got their Certification from IBM in Breakthrough Value Leadership, IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level III, Advanced Sales Coaching - Foundations, Transformative Selling in Dynamic Markets, Cloud & Cognitive Patterns, Business and Industry Insight, and Advanced Sales Leadership.
