Jon Cowie has a strong background in housing management, beginning their career as an Anti-social Behaviour Officer before moving into roles as a Tenancy Services Manager and currently as a Housing Manager at Colchester Borough Homes. With experience in managing teams and addressing tenancy-related issues, Jon is proud to consistently achieve top quartile performance. Prior to their housing career, Jon also worked in customer services support at Royal Mail.
