Stella Day

Stella Day currently serves as a Professional Coach for HR Apprenticeships at Colchester Institute since September 2018, while also being a Director and partner at Blue Star Human Resources Ltd since July 2003, where HR consultancy services are provided to various organizations primarily in East Anglia. In addition, Stella Day has been a Lecturer for Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7 CIPD programmes at Blue Sky Professional Development UK since March 2017. Previous roles include being a Lecturer at Suffolk New College from September 2006 to August 2018 and HR Manager at multiple organizations, including TXU Europe and Eastern Electricity. Stella Day holds a BA (Hons) in English and Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick and several additional qualifications in teaching and counselling skills.
