Claudio Iglesias Ferre

Claudio Iglesias Ferre currently serves as the Head of Retail Operations and Culture at COLD CULTURE since March 2024. Previously, Claudio held the position of Corporate Area Manager for ECI in Center and North Spain at BESTSELLER, managing multiple brands and overseeing team development and commercial strategy implementation from January 2022 to March 2024. Claudio's extensive retail experience includes roles as District Manager for Carolina Herrera at Sociedad Textil Lonia, and District Manager and Sales Manager at Aristocrazy and GRUPO CORTEFIEL, respectively. Claudio's career began as a Store Manager at Guess Europe Sagl and DESIGUAL. Claudio holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Sales Management from EAE Business School, along with certifications in Retail Coaching and Coaching and PNL.
