Amit Khanna

Amit Khanna is the current General Counsel at Cold Start. Prior to joining Cold Start, Amit was the SVP, General Counsel at Knotel where they oversaw the company’s global legal, policy and risk/compliance functions. Amit was also a Fellow - Mission Investing at Schmidt Futures, where they were focused on investment, operation, strategy and legal advising to foundation’s investment team and global portfolio companies and orgs. Amit started their career as a Business Lawyer at Fenwick & West, and later moved to Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Amit began their career as an Assistant in Private Client Services at Geller & Company.

Amit was educated at some of the most prestigious institutions in the United States. Amit has a JD from Columbia Law School, an HBS/HLS from Harvard Business School Executive Education, and a BA from Cornell University.
