Michael Ragheb

Michael Ragheb is a partner and investor at Cold Start, a single LP, industry agnostic venture building studio. Prior to joining Cold Start, Michael was the founder and COO of Elemy, a B2B2C platform providing access to in-home pediatric care for ongoing chronic & behavioral challenges.

Under Michael's leadership, Elemy became one of the fastest growing digital healthcare companies in the United States, expanding from 8 to over 1,000 team members & from a single city to national coverage. The company raised over $250mm from leading investors in healthcare technology, including Softbank, General Catalyst, Founders Fund, 8VC, Goodwater, Premji Invest, SignalFire, Headline, Felicis Ventures, Sound Ventures, Bill Ackman, Chelsea Clinton, and Bling Capital.

Michael Ragheb earned their Bachelor of Arts at The Johns Hopkins University in Public Health. Michael then went on to earn their Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine.
