Andrea Leone, MS, CNS, LDN, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Food Science Innovation at ColdSnap® since February 2021, overseeing the commercialization process of multiple SKUs and fostering cross-department collaboration to enhance product development and innovation. Previously, Andrea held various roles including Director of Food Science & Product Innovation, where responsibilities included leading market research, product formulation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Andrea possesses extensive experience in nutrition and food science, demonstrated through work as a certified nutritionist, food instructor, and consultant across multiple organizations, as well as founding ventures in the food industry. Andrea holds an MBA from Babson College and a Master of Nutrition Science and Policy from Tufts University, complemented by a background in Japanese Language and Literature from Penn State University.
