Primary responsibility for all facets of the Proposal Manager applications and the Coldwater Report Builder. Proposal Manager includes a highly sophisticated Product Configuration capability developed in .Net with user defined configuration rules. The rules based algorithms constrain various models and components to ensure correct product and pricing structures.

The columnar Report Builder is connected directly to a back-end database with template definitions. Once defined, reports can be generated quickly and easily with minimal instruction.

Development environments include MS SQL Server, .Net and SSRS.
