Walter "Corky" Hellyer CRB, CRS, is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group since June 2010, Walter focuses on achieving high levels of client satisfaction rather than sheer numbers. Walter was recognized as the top agent in Door County in 2010 and previously held leadership roles including President and designated broker at Properties Of Door County LLC, and President of Door County Realty Inc. Additionally, Walter contributed to the Wisconsin Realtors Association as Past Chairman, advocating for Realtor members.
