Gerri Franchini

Gerri Franchini has a significant amount of experience in the real estate industry. Gerri currently serves as the Director of Growth at Coldwell Banker Advantage - NC since January 2021. Prior to this, from November 2019 to January 2021, they worked as the Team Leader and Coach at Bill Price Realty Group, bringing their extensive knowledge and experience to mentor and partner with agents. From November 2017 to November 2019, Gerri was the Broker in Charge at Seabrook Island Real Estate.
