William Hedgepeth

William (Bill) Hedgepeth, II is a seasoned professional in the banking and real estate industries, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Advantage in North Carolina since July 2024. Previously, Hedgepeth held the position of President and CEO at Select Bank & Trust Company from March 2004 to June 2024, where remarkable achievements included growing the bank's assets to $1.8 billion, making it the 9th largest bank in North Carolina. This role involved strategic acquisitions and opening multiple branches, contributing to significant financial performance improvements. Prior to this, Hedgepeth gained extensive experience in leadership roles at First South Bank and Triangle Bank, and held various lending positions over a span of 14 years.
