Heather Payne is a Luxury Property Specialist at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury since June 2023 and has been a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since December 2020. As the Owner of HCP Designs LLC since January 1999, Heather has extensive experience in business management and design. Previous roles include Asset Manager at Kent Barns LLC from 2013 to 2017 and Sales Representative at Image Point Productions & EUE/Screen Gems from March 1990 to March 1993.
