Scott Villard

Scott Villard is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Broker-in-Charge at Coldwell Banker Island Properties. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at Corcoran Pacific Properties, including Broker-in-Charge and Director of Contract Review, spanning from April 2007 to May 2024. Scott has extensive experience in property sales and management, alongside a background in real estate photography. Additionally, Scott served as the Bass Section Leader at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Honolulu from September 2009 to January 2023. Scott holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music from Occidental College.
