Ashley Dembowski

Ashley Dembowski has a solid work experience in the real estate industry. Ashley began their career at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, where they served as a Sr. Affiliate Services Manager from 1998 to 2000. Ashley then joined Coldwell Banker United as the Director of Sales Support from 2000 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Allen Tate Realtors as a Sales Manager from 2006 to 2008, achieving various personal accomplishments. Ashley then returned to Coldwell Banker United as the Vice President of Sales and Broker-in-Charge from 2008 to 2010. Ashley continued their career at Coldwell Banker, holding positions such as Executive Business Consultant and Vice President of Operations from 2010 to 2016. Their most recent role was as the SVP, Growth and Affiliate Services, where they spearheaded brand revenue retention efforts for both Domestic and International Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial franchisees, managing a team of 21 members and coordinating with cross-functional departments.

Ashley Dembowski holds a Bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston. Ashley is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Queens University of Charlotte. Ashley also has a Diploma from North Davidson Senior High.
