Z Q has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. They started their career at Dell in 2008 as a Senior Technical Engineer and later joined Aileron as a Network and Security Administrator in 2010. In 2013, Z Q became an IT Manager at Habayeb Group and then moved on to Coldwell Banker in 2014, where they currently hold the position of Head of Information Technology.

Z Q holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications including Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA: Windows Server 2012, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSE: Server Infrastructure 2012, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Enterprise Devices and Apps, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA).
