Mary Kae Higgins

Mary Kae Higgins is an experienced Associate Broker with a career spanning over two decades in real estate, primarily with Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate since March 2008. Specializing in residential properties, co-ops, condos, and mixed-use buildings, Mary Kae has successfully represented numerous sellers and occasionally acts as a buyer's representative. Notably, in 2010, Mary Kae converted a 104-unit rental apartment building into condos. Prior to their current role, Mary Kae worked with Prudential Appleseed Realty and has a background in corporate cash management sales, holding VP positions at The Bank of New York and National Bank of Canada.
