Nancy Bozzer

Nancy Bozzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and military leadership. Since December 2016, Nancy has served as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. Prior to this, Nancy held multiple high-ranking positions in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2016, including Executive Vice President and Wing Commander, where oversight included over 2,100 personnel across 18 locations globally. Additional roles included Chief Operations Officer and Operations Manager, managing significant resources and personnel while ensuring effective operations for the Department of Defense. Nancy's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College, a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
