Ruth A. Clemens

Ruth A. Clemens is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Since September 2011, Ruth has served as a Commercial Specialist at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors and has also held the position of Associate Broker/Sales Manager at the Houghton Lake Office, where Ruth focuses on commercial properties. Additionally, Ruth has been the Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker since 2011. Previously, Ruth was the Broker Owner of ERA Houghton Higgins.com, Inc. from June 1986 to September 2011. Ruth is a member of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors and has a foundational education from Breckenridge High School and SBI.
