Dawn Butcher

Dawn Butcher is a Broker/REALTOR at Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty, where Dawn actively works with buyers and sellers to help them meet their goals in Outer Banks real estate transactions. Dawn is also the President of Beach Movers, Inc., responsible for job scheduling, customer service, and estimations. In addition, Dawn is a REALTOR at Outer Banks Association of Realtors, as well as at Carolina Custom Homes & Remodeling, Inc., where Dawn assists clients with design and planning stages of projects and manages subcontractors. Dawn has received education from American School, Home School, Kitty Hawk Elementary, Manteo Elementary, Manteo Middle School, and Outer Banks School of Real Estate.
