Bill MacLeod has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William (Bill) started their career as an Assistant Director of Placement at Michigan State University, where they focused on career placement for non-technical business and industry graduates. After that, they worked at IBM as a Sales representative, specializing in office products sales for businesses, schools, and banks. Currently, they are the President & Partner of Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood Real Estate Company, where they oversee sales and marketing and manages a team of 180 sales agents across six offices. Under their leadership, the company has become Mid Michigan's leading real estate firm, with a 35% market share in the tri-county area for home sales.

Bill MacLeod pursued their undergraduate education from 1964 to 1968 at Central Michigan University. During this time, they successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with two majors: Business and Speech. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology.
