Greg Rand

Greg Rand has a extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Greg currently works as the Executive Vice President - Revenue Growth at Coldwell Banker, where they oversee sales and operations leadership for the Central Time Zone. Prior to this, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at Appreciate Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFR) and held the role of Founder and CEO at OwnAmerica, where they developed a technology platform for buying and selling single family rental homes. Greg also served as the Managing Partner at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate - Rand Realty and hosted a real estate investment show on 77 WABC Radio. Additionally, Greg Rand has authored a book called Crash Boom! and worked as a Technology Evangelist at CENTURY 21®. Greg founded RealtyVision Systems, a real estate technology company, and started their career as a Loan Officer at OnBank.

Greg Rand attended Siena College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management.
