Kurt Kutter P.e.

Kurt Kutter, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Manager of Engineering, Project Manager, and Senior Engineer at Cole & Associates since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kurt worked as a Project Manager at Cochran from January 2017 to August 2020 and held the position of Project Engineer at Cochran Engineering from January 2014 to January 2017. Kurt specializes in the design of various civil engineering projects, including storm and sanitary sewers, streets, and subdivisions, while also managing construction administration projects such as streets, roads, parks, and buildings. Kurt obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, completing the program between 2009 and 2013, and graduated from Timberland High School in 2009.
