Ellen Hatcher

Ellen Hatcher has extensive experience in contracts, pricing, and procurement. Ellen served as the Director of Contracts, Pricing and Procurement at Cole Engineering Services, Inc. starting in July 2010. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at SAIC over a span of 27 years. Ellen'smain focus at SAIC was acquisition and contract management, with the last 6 years dedicated to procurement management. Ellen also served as the BU Procurement Director and Director of Contract Management during their time at SAIC.

Ellen Hatcher pursued their education from 1991 to 1993 at San Diego State University, where they obtained a Certificate in Government Contract Management. Ellen'sfield of study focused specifically on Government Contract Management.
