Gia Scinto is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing recruitment. Currently serving as a Partner at The Cole Group since 2024, Gia has worked with prominent companies such as Stripe, Atlassian, and Airbnb. Previous roles include Partner at Launch Search Partners from 2019 to 2024, and Head of Networks at Y Combinator from 2017 to 2023, where Gia also acted as an expert and advisor.
