Michael Reiter

Michael Reiter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in municipal law, code enforcement, and civil litigation. Currently serving as a partner at Cole Huber LLP, Reiter focuses on municipal counsel and litigation, emphasizing code enforcement. Previous roles include owner of a law practice, associate attorney at Aarvig & Associates, and of counsel at Milligan, Beswick, Levine & Knox, LLP, where expertise in civil defense, administrative law, and small business law was honed. Reiter has also held significant roles in the City of Redlands and the City of San Bernardino, advising city officials and managing legal matters. Early in a legal career at the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino, Reiter provided assistance in various domestic issues. Reiter holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
