Paul Challinor has extensive work experience in the engineering field, specifically in roles related to EMC compliance, test and validation, and electrical design. Paul started their career in 1990 and has worked for companies including Antylia Scientific, Cole-Parmer, Siemens, GE Power Conversion, and Alstom Drives and Controls. At GE Power Conversion, they led a global engineering team and was responsible for product validation and collaboration with GE's Global Research Center. Paul has experience in interpreting standards, creating circuit diagrams, and managing product approvals with external organizations.
