Thomas Harsch

Thomas Harsch has a diverse work experience in startups and entrepreneurship. Thomas is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Coleap, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder of Elenas, a business-in-a-box platform that empowers Latin American women to sell products from their mobile phones. Thomas also served as the CEO of Elenas from April 2018 to July 2020. Thomas has been an ODF8 Fellow at On Deck since February 2021. Thomas was an Entrepreneur In Residence at Atlantic Labs, a venture capital fund, from October 2020 to April 2021. Thomas co-founded Invisible Media in September 2016 and served as a Co-Founder until December 2020. Thomas was the Head of Business Design at Polymath Ventures from August 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, Thomas was a Fellow at Kairos Society from April 2017 to July 2018. Thomas has also held positions at xbird GmbH, MCB Lab GmbH, and QBXNet Ltd. during the years 2015.

Thomas Harsch has a strong educational background in business and international studies. Thomas started their education journey in 2009 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. As part of their undergraduate program, they also had a semester abroad experience in 2012 at San Diego State University, focusing on International Business/Trade/Commerce.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Thomas went on to pursue further education. In 2014, they joined Esade, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, specializing in the field of Study MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Master's Degree in International Business through CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, completing it in 2016. This program further expanded their knowledge and expertise in international business strategies and practices.

In 2015, Thomas participated in a MSc Exchange Program in Entrepreneurship at Babson College, which provided him with additional insights and exposure to entrepreneurial principles.

Continuing to enhance their qualifications, Thomas pursued a CEMS MIM in International Business at Stockholm School of Economics in 2016, further strengthening their expertise in international business management.
