Swanand Dhawan

Swanand Dhawan has a strong background in software development and engineering. Swanand is currently working as a Product Engineer at CoLearn since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Razorpay as a Senior Software Engineer from November 2020 to February 2021.

Swanand also has extensive experience at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they held various roles. As a Software Development Engineer II from April 2019 to October 2020, they played a key role in replacing Salesforce with an in-house CRM, resulting in cost savings of approximately ₹32 million/year. Swanand also designed and built a robust incentives service and successfully migrated millions of records from Salesforce to the internal CRM within a short time frame.

Before their role as a Software Development Engineer II, Swanand worked as a Software Development Engineer - I at NestAway Technologies from December 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they designed and implemented an extensible SEO library, significantly improving organic user growth and website performance. Swanand also took ownership of improving code quality and reduced technical debt.

Swanand's earlier experience includes a brief stint as a Software Development Engineer - I at Arvind Internet Limited in July 2016, and a Software Developer Internship at the same company from June 2015 to November 2015.

Swanand Dhawan pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Fergusson College from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they enrolled in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Pune, where they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2016.
