Pablo Mejía Sanclemente has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Financial Planning Analyst at Brinsa S.A. There, they led the FP&A function by reporting and consolidating financial reports, contributing to expense reduction and increasing the company's value generation. From 2011 to 2012, Pablo worked as a Senior FP&A Analyst at Genworth Financial, where they led the FP&A functions for the Lifestyle Protection Business Unit and developed financial models to comply with regulations. Pablo then joined Point Verde in 2012 as CFO/Head of Finance, where they developed and executed business plans and investment strategies, raising $10 million in equity rounds within 2 years. In 2019, Pablo became the CEO and Co-Founder of Pencil App, and later in 2020, they joined Colegium as COO/CFO.

Pablo Mejía Sanclemente has a diverse education history. Pablo began their academic journey at the Universidad de La Sabana, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Following this, in 2009, Pablo attended the IPADE Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration in 2011. Finally, in 2010, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they completed an additional MBA program.
