Gerson Duarte Arzola has been working in the field since 2016. Gerson began their career as an Accounting Practitioner at PepsiCo Venezuela. In 2017, they moved to Global Uno Logistics de Venezuela, C. A, where they worked as an Administrador asistente. In 2021, they joined Colektia, where they currently work as a Business Analyst and Senior Portfolio Analyst.

Gerson Duarte Arzola is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Accounting at Universidad de Carabobo, which they began in 2012.
