Juan Camilo Febres

Juan Camilo Febres started working at Prossem in 2018 as an Asesor de cobranza. In May 2019, they became an Analista de procesos, calidad y monitoreo, responsible for creating and monitoring the company's policies and ensuring outstanding results in external audits. In May 2019, they were promoted to Gerente de proyectos, where they successfully implemented Power Bi and Mind Manager applications and achieved excellent results in external audits. In June 2021, they became Gerente de operaciones, overseeing projects and achieving a 65% increase in the company's revenue in 2021. Juan Camilo improved cost centers and contributed to the analysis of strategies. Juan Camilo Febres joined Colektia in January 2023 as a Portfolio Manager jr.

Juan Camilo Febres completed a Bachelor's degree in Finanzas, Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Juan Camilo attended this university from 2014 onwards. Currently, they are pursuing a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas degree in Administración y gestión de empresas, general from Universidad EAN. Juan Camilo is expected to graduate from Universidad EAN in 2025.
