Alan Lamont is currently the EMEA Team Lead at Coleman Research, specializing in assisting clients in overcoming challenges by facilitating connections with industry leaders. Prior to this role, Alan was the Senior Client Manager for Global Business Expansion & Management at the same company. Alan previously worked as the Global Program Manager at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and as the Director of Global Employee Engagement at Workplace Options. Alan holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Dundee.
