Helen Materazzi

Helen Materazzi is currently the Chief People Officer at Coleman Research. Prior to joining Coleman, they served as an Associate and Executive Coach at TPC Leadership from January 2019 to December 2021. Helen has also worked as an Affiliate Consultant at Schaffer Consulting from January 2011 to December 2019, and as an Executive Coach and Consultant at BlessingWhite, a division of GP Strategies, from January 2014 to March 2020.

Helen began their career in 1987 as VP of Human Resources Strategy at Degussa Corporation, where they remained until 2002. Helen then spent a year as VP of Organizational Learning at Bowne & Co., Inc. before joining Corporate Leadership Resources, Inc. in 2003. Helen has been working in the leadership development and coaching industry for over 18 years and brings a wealth of experience to their current role at Coleman Research.

Helen Materazzi earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University in German, Business Administration. Helen also holds a certification from The TAI Group in The Leader's Platform.

Their manager is Kevin Coleman, CEO. They work with Andrew Corcoran - CFO, Meredith Humphries - Global Head of Investment Management, and Brad Mehl - Chief Marketing Officer.
