Stanislav Sokolovsky

Stanislav Sokolovsky has a strong background in the recruitment and staffing industry. Stanislav held the position of Head of Industrial Staffing and Mass Recruitment at Coleman Services, where they exhibited expertise in executive search and management selection. Prior to that, they were a Senior Account Manager at the same company, responsible for involving, matching, and assessing key specialists and top managers. Before their tenure at Coleman Services, Sokolovsky worked as a Senior Consultant at TRIZA Exclusive, where they conducted direct search and recruitment of highly qualified personnel and managed various projects. Stanislav also had experience as a Key Account Manager and HR-Generalist at Compel Electronics, where they were responsible for sales development and business growth in the North West Russian region, as well as HR-related tasks. Sokolovsky started their career as a Consultant in the Engineering & Technical Department at Adecco Group.
