Charlotte Hodges

Charlotte Hodges is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in innovation, interior design, and project management. Serving as Innovation and Design Manager at Coles Group from June 2020 to August 2021, Charlotte delivered impactful category and format innovations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Prior to this role, Charlotte was a Space Planner at Coles, optimizing store layouts for over 800 locations. As the Founder of Free Form ID from June 2017 to December 2019, Charlotte led various design projects, including a significant refurbishment for RHSU. Earlier freelance work encompassed diverse projects for high-profile clients such as Virgin Voyages and Big Mamma Group. Charlotte's design career commenced at KINNERSLEY KENT DESIGN LLP as a Middleweight Interior Designer, following a role at Lustedgreen where project management skills were honed. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Northumbria University and A Levels in Textiles, English, and Drama from Driffield School.
