Charlotte Hodges is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in innovation, interior design, and project management. Serving as Innovation and Design Manager at Coles Group from June 2020 to August 2021, Charlotte delivered impactful category and format innovations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Prior to this role, Charlotte was a Space Planner at Coles, optimizing store layouts for over 800 locations.
