Isaac Mickey

Isaac Mickey is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Coles Group since October 2022, Isaac previously worked at Australia Post as a Senior Data Science Consultant from August 2016 to October 2022. Isaac’s career began at IAG, where roles included Team Leader for Business Partners and Cross PI Alignment, focusing on insights and reporting, along with significant contributions to information governance and compliance. Earlier positions at IAG included Senior Portfolio Analyst and Account Support Officer, with responsibilities in pricing review processes, portfolio monitoring, and customer support. Isaac’s journey in the industry began at AAMI as a Customer Service Representative. Education includes an Associate Diploma in Building Design & Drafting from RMIT University, completed between 1999 and 2001.
