Josh Norton

Josh Norton is a seasoned professional in People and Culture with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of P&C Coles Liquor at Coles Group since August 2021, Josh supports the Chief Executive of Liquor and the Leadership Team across several brands. Prior roles include Head of People and Culture Operations Vic/Tas at Coles, Operations Change Director at Bega Cheese Limited, and multiple significant positions at Lion, where responsibilities spanned operations, safety, and employee relations. Earlier in his career, Josh held HR roles at Ford Motor Company and began as a Leading Teacher at Bialik College. Josh holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and a Double Degree in Education and Applied Science from Deakin University, along with a Bachelor of Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
