Joshua Beshara is an experienced professional in workforce management and retail operations, currently serving as Strategic Workforce Planning Manager at Coles Group since February 2019. Joshua has held various leadership roles within Coles, including National Labour Manager - DC and Rostering Execution Manager - Workforce Operations. Prior experience includes positions at Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd, where Joshua served as National Project Coordinator and Store Manager, as well as roles at Liquorland and Rowe & Jarman.
