Katie Cruse

Katie Cruse is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and Careers at Coles Group since October 2017, Katie has held various roles within the company, including Head of People and Culture and Head of Executive Talent. Prior to Coles Group, Katie was the Director of People for ANZ and UK at Kit and Ace and General Manager of People and Culture at Spec Property Developments. Earlier experience includes multiple HR and Learning & Development Manager roles at GE Capital, and HR Advisor and Consultant positions at Leader Community Newspapers, Centrelink, and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Katie holds a Master's degree in Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
