Natalie Clark

Natalie Clark is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Specialist in P&C Advisory at Coles Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Endeavour Group as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor - Compliance Lead from August 2021 to December 2023, contributing to the creation of positive social communities. Natalie also held the position of Employment Relations Specialist at Bupa from March 2019 to March 2021 and served as an Employment Relations Adviser at Employsure between April 2017 and March 2019, where support was provided to small and medium businesses. Earlier in Natalie’s career, experience was gained as a Human Resources Assistant at Moët Hennessy from May 2016 to April 2017 and as an Administrative Assistant at North Shore Radiology and Nuclear Medicine from April 2014 to April 2016. Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney and a Master’s Degree in Commerce from UNSW. Additionally, Natalie has qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
