Wes Travers

Wes Travers is an experienced leader in the field of Culture and Inclusion, currently serving as Head of Culture and Inclusion at Coles Group since March 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing diversity, engagement, and cultural initiatives. Previously, Wes held various senior roles at NAB from 1999 to 2020, including Head of Colleague Services and Head of Employee Experience Enablement, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and optimizing HR processes. With a strong background in leadership, human resources, and learning and development, Wes has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, delivering strategic HR solutions, and driving transformation initiatives across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Banking & Finance from Flinders University and certifications in executive coaching and training.
