They also own T&M Integration, an automation contractor specializing in robotic support. Previously, they worked at Magna International and Cosma, where they held various managerial positions and implemented improvements in production processes. With a degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, Dustin has a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
