Bradley J. Tandy

Brad Tandy was appointed Colfax Corporation’s senior vice president and general counsel in 2019. Brad also continues to serve in his capacity as executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary of DJO Global, Inc. Prior to joining DJO, Brad served as senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Biomet, Inc. from 2006 to 2014.

From 1999 to 2006, prior to serving as general counsel, Brad served as vice president, assistant general counsel, and chief compliance officer of Biomet. He joined Biomet as assistant general counsel in 1992. Before his employment at Biomet, Brad was a partner in the law firm of Rasor, Harris, Lemon, and Reed in Warsaw, Indiana, focusing his practice on representation of medical device and healthcare companies. He was an elected public official in Kosciusko County, Indiana, serving as a county councilman for 22 years. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from DePauw University in Indiana, and he earned his doctorate of jurisprudence at Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
